Yes. COMSS Boot USB supports UEFI booting, but only selected tools—including Dr.Web LiveDisk, Kaspersky Rescue Disk, Avira Rescue System, and GParted—are available in UEFI mode. Legacy mode provides access to the complete toolkit.

Can COMSS Boot USB remove viruses from an infected computer?
